The last time I went, I was most impressed with the much-loved Indian counter, lined with favourites of Chicken Curry, Lamb Rogan Josh, Bhindi Masala and Paneer Makhani which made the meal a lot spicier, and heartier. Known for its extensive buffet presentations, Melt Café has a variety of sections from the enticing seafood counter – stacked with a variety of shellfish and crustacean roast and carving corner live Asian noodle station cook-to-order pastas cold station featuring salads and appetisers sashimi and sushi charcuterie paired with a selection of homemade breads and an award-winning pastry theatre for the dessert finale. You would feel the energy of a bustling buffet restaurant, yet it was unhurried (no need to jostle for food) with room to manoeuvre. Talking about vibes, I liked that Melt Café was spacious, had clearly organised sections for the food.
